Who we are
Cyto is a product of Adaptive Intelligence Systems LLC. We run short surveys of legal professionals about how they use AI. Contact: sam@getcyto.ai.
What we collect
- Your answers to the survey questions.
- For spam protection only: a scrambled form of your network address (a one-way hash, never the address itself) and your browser type.
- The campaign the link came from, such as a first round of invitations. Links never carry a code unique to you.
- Your email address, only if you enter it and tick the box asking for the results.
We never ask your name or which firm you work at.
How we keep answers and emails apart
Answers and emails are stored in separate records with no shared identifier, and emails carry only the date they were given, so an email cannot be matched to a set of answers.
How we use it
- Answers are used to produce totals, such as how many respondents chose each option. We report results only as totals, always with the number of people who answered, and never show or share a single response.
- Your email is used only to send you a summary of the results. We do not add it to any other list.
- We do not sell data.
Surveys run for someone else
If Cyto runs a survey for another organization, that survey's page names it, and asks for its own consent. That organization receives totals only, never individual answers and never emails.
Your choices
- Every results email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To have your email deleted, write to sam@getcyto.ai.
- Because answers are not linked to you, we cannot find or delete a single person's answers.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our database provider in the United States, and only Cyto's own systems can read it.
